Sanstudio doesn’t have a permanent studio (for now). We share the venues and all class details in our WhatsApp group.

Can I come if I’m a beginner?
Yes! Our classes are open to all levels, and we care deeply about offering a kind, inclusive and judgment-free space.
What language(s) are classes taught in?
Classes are taught in French and Spanish; explanations in English can be given from time to time when needed.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Depending on the venue, you may need a mat; equipment details are always shared in advance in our WhatsApp group.
