This website is published by Sanstudio, the name under which three independent yoga teachers present their classes together. Sanstudio is not a company: each teacher works as a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI).

Sanstudio's teachers strive to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date. However, the completeness and accuracy of all the information provided, and the absence of errors, cannot be guaranteed. Practical information about classes (venues, times, prices) is shared and kept up to date in Sanstudio's WhatsApp group.

Sanstudio's teachers cannot be held liable for any damage resulting in particular from temporary unavailability of the site, a technical issue, incompatibility with the user’s equipment or improper use of the site.

Unless otherwise stated, all elements of this site — including texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, videos, files, sound elements, teaching materials and other content — are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These elements are the property of Sanstudio's teachers or are used with the permission of their owners.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, distribution, publication, extraction or use of these elements, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without prior authorisation where such authorisation is required.

Using the site does not grant the user any ownership or usage rights over the content it contains.

Sanstudio has no control over these sites and services and cannot be held responsible for their content, operation, availability or personal data practices. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data controllers: each Sanstudio teacher is responsible for the data of the students who attend their classes. For any question, you can contact Sanstudio on Instagram or WhatsApp (see the Contact page).

The data you share (name, email, phone number, messages and any information needed for your request) is used solely to:

Health information: any information about your health that you choose to share with a teacher (injury, pregnancy, treatment, health condition…) is used solely to adapt the practice, with your explicit consent. It is shared with no one and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. Please only share the information needed for this adaptation, preferably directly with the teacher rather than in the WhatsApp group.

WhatsApp group: when you join the group, your name and phone number are visible to the other members. You can leave the group at any time.

Service providers: data passes through or is stored by technical providers: WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta), OVH (site hosting) and, where applicable, the email services used by the teachers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States.

Retention periods:

Your rights: you can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or portability, or the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting Sanstudio on Instagram or WhatsApp, or the teacher concerned directly. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

This site does not use cookies that are not necessary for it to function, and does not set any cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

It only stores, in your browser, the language you have chosen (French, English or Spanish), so it can be displayed on your next visits. This information is shared with no one.

If cookies or tools requiring your consent are added in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be put in place where necessary.

This policy may be amended to remain compliant with applicable regulations and to reflect changes in Sanstudio's activity.
